Mr. Lance previouslyserved as President and Chief Executive Officer of Maxar Technologies, aleading provider of space technology solutions, Executive Advisor- PrivateEquity at the Blackstone Group, Board Chair, President, and Chief ExecutiveOfficer of Harris Corporation, a leading global provider of defense and commercialcommunications solutions. Prior roles included Co-President of NCR Corporationand Chief Operating Officer of its Retail and Financial Group, Executive VicePresident of the Electronics and Telecom segment at Emerson Electric Company,and Chief Executive Officer of its Astec PLC listed subsidiary based in HongKong.
